Big Disappointment.! & Waste of time and money.....This company should change their name to "We Give NO Sound and Bad ADVICE." !We purchased thousands of dollars in equipment from Sound Advice only to find out that they installed a second quality faulty home surround sound system in our home. We had more than one occasion with "new equipment" that came out of the box not working properly. In my opinion, not only do they have bad equipment they also hire UnProfessional and inexperienced technicians who provide subpar service . We wasted hours of our time scheduling appts to have the same techs come out spending hours and hours in our home to try and fix bad equipment. Bottomline , our home system is still not working and the only people responsible for that is the "We give SOUND ADVICE company." The only excuse they can come up with is quote from Sales guy "nothing is perfect and this happens" There is no customer service or accountability for the poor service which explains why and management and corporate office are non-existant especially when you need to make a complaint. This explains why this company had a major fall out many years ago. The CEO Peter and manager AJ reopened this company and made a few changes to the name, however they have not changed their poor operating methods. Shame on you.

What a FAB place it was. Shame how the owners were "forced" to sell and relocated to a not so good location because of greedy neighbors who were probably not alive when this "institute" came to be. CRY

To me, it will always be Parrot Jungle. Hell, the parrots came back anyway.
